Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Develop and implement preservation procedures for equipment and systems until final handover. Coordinate with vendors, construction, commissioning, and QA/QC teams to ensure preservation requirements are met. Monitor and maintain preservation logs and ensure timely inspections and renewals. Supervise preservation team activities and allocate tasks based on priorities. Ensure all preservation materials and consumables are available and stored properly. Prepare preservation dossiers and documentation for project handover. Liaise with client representatives for inspections and reporting. Train field personnel on preservation techniques and procedures. Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, and OEM recommendations. Lead and coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities for assigned systems or units. Develop commissioning procedures, checklists, and execution plans.
