This role will focus on a specific product portfolio and is responsible for sales growth, diversification efforts, and account management within a defined territory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Introduce new concepts, protocols, products and programs to Wound, Critical Care/ICU programs • Manage complex sales through institutional, homecare, and retail organizations • Conduct sales presentations with a defined pre-call plan/agenda, and conclude with clear outcomes • Analyze market data and develop strategic plans to grow sales within assigned territory • Maintain call frequency to support account conversion and account service needs • Proactively maintain competitor knowledge in order to establish clear differentiation between your product and competitive alternative • Develop and present clinical and financial proposals to key decision makers • Conduct multiple shift in-service programs as needed to ensure effective product adoption and utilization • Review Account Plans with Regional Manager on a regular basis and participate in co-travel and coaching sessions • Develop strategic account plans to maximize opportunities and close business objectives • Maintain up to date sales and activity records • Attend conventions and sales meetings as required DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE As the ideal candidate, you will have: • 3-5 years Medical Sales experience • Experience calling on Doctors and Nurses • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High level of initiative • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to apply deductive reasoning • Strong ability to manage time and territory • Disciplined approach to problem solving • Attention to detail and error-free work in a deadline driven environment • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook • Experience using a CRM to track sales activity • Ability to travel up to 15% • 4 year college degree required COMPENSATION/BENEFITS • Base plus Commission • Company Car • Company profit sharing • Medical Premium Reimbursement Note: all applicants are to submit their resume to our
