The position focuses heavily on execution monitoring, operational discipline, structured reporting, and performance metrics across measurement, scheduling, production coordination, and installation activities.
The Manager – Operations will supervise the coordinators and executives, ensure accurate documentation and reporting systems, monitor operational KPIs, and provide weekly operational performance updates to senior management.
