Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Preventive & Corrective Maintenance 1.
Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on field instruments.
2.
Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system failures.
3.
Repair and replace defective instruments and control components.
4.
Maintain calibration records and maintenance reports.
Instrumentation Work Install, calibrate, and test: o Pressure transmitters o Flow meters o Level transmitters o Temperature instruments o Conductivity analyzers o pH analyzers o Chlorine analyzers o Turbidity analyzers Perform loop checking and signal verification.
Control & Automation Systems Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, RTU, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and control panels.
Assist in commissioning and startup activities.
Support control valve testing, tuning, and maintenance.
Diagnose communication and network-related control issues.
