Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Handling phone calls.
Maintains office efficiency.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning cleaning company, IT vendor, or any other supplier.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing commercial bank documents; such as letter of credits, bank guarantees ..etc
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Follow up payments and inform related departments about the payment status.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Minimum 5 years similar experience ( office management, office administrative or secretary )
* Minimum 2 years experience in U.A.E.
* Very good English communication skills.
* Western education is a plus.
* University graduate
