2.1 Education, Training, Qualifications

E: Engineering degree or equivalent

E: Commercial education or equivalent experience

D: Project Management education

2.2 Experience and Work-Related Skills

E: Experience in commercial contract negotiation and sales

E: Commercial Experience in power-plant industry or contracting business

E: English (fluent, oral and in writing)

E: Experience in commercial negotiations, contractual management

D: Experience in handling of GTCC Service Business Cases (new, reco, FS contracts, projects,

spares) incl. ST/Geno

D: Experience with Service Business, Service Team setup

D: Understands roles and responsibilities within GT PL and the Service Network, able to support

clarifications and improvements in the global setup and DoW/DoR

D: Experience in execution/project management of GT/CC power plants in lead function

D: Other language skills appropriate for region (fluent, oral and in writing)

2.3 Interpersonal and Social Skills

E: Very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills

E: Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

E: Leadership skills
