Role: Junior Contract Administrator
Relevant higher professional education and work experience not less than 3 years in Contract administrating;
Focal point for incoming / outcoming correspondence with Contractor; Review of the Application for Payment received from Contractor; Preparation of the Work Orders, Call Off Notice or other type of documents contract execution; Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments, shipping, mandatory documents/approval etc); Maintain organized system of physical and digital records; Review versus contract conditions any Variation order or change submitted by Contractor and preparing relevant memo to project manager.
Rotation: 5-day work week (40 hours)
