Skills: Strong knowledge of computer software such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc. Skilled in financial analysis Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills, presentational skills Upper Intermediate level of English Ability to work independently and with minimum of supervision Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Experience in relevant field more than 1 year
Job Requirements:
Invoice processing, ensuring all relevant documents per contract terms are attached otherwise rejecting and sending back to the Contractor. Coordinate with accounting the proper coding of invoices per the WBS and review invoices to ensure correct billing Ensuring correct allocation of approved commitments, accruals and expenditures. Liaising with contract and planning functions to establish VOWD, cost forecasts, and phasing. Providing accurate and timely project cost reports, verifying cost performance against schedule, and identifying areas of potential budget or AFE overrun requiring corrective action. Provide support in Kildrummy Cost Manager Providing assistance to the group in areas such as financial analysis and adhoc reporting.
