Planning and prioritizing skills, skills to deliver presentations and conduct meetings. Adaptability, flexibility Quick learner Good PC user skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook). Candidate skills will be assessed before interview

Job Requirements:

Contribute to the systematic management of safety, health, environment, reliability and efficiency in order to achieve world-class performance as per Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS). Participate in BBS Program and weekly Level I Safety Audits of process units as per the Group internal schedule. Demonstrate commitment to the programs by personal behavior through BBS observations and audits, and encourage trainees to actively do the same. Cooperate with QAQC on the development of a new training material, ensuring training material quality and efficient completion of tasks in accordance with customers requirements and expectations. Perform the official training program to satisfy Operations and Maintenance requirements and to ensure legal compliance with RoK regulations. Introduce requirements to training, on the part of SERIP, and ensure employees training for fulfillment of routine duties in order to support operations reliability. Provide support on the development of training material for Major Capital Projects (MCP) and OPS so that to ensure the initial start-up and the following operation of process units. Develop documentation and appropriate training material in accordance with CDG quality standards. Conduct the Fundamental training for new hires. Within a working group, participate in the development of CDG work processes, using OE five-component model Control development of training material timeline. Compile, coordinate and trace work schedule progress. Contribute to implementation of integrated training structure within Production Operations departments. Demonstrate compliance with personnel competency development process. Under the supervision of management, work on the development and implementation of training plan and schedules in designated area or department. Maintain accuracy and integrity of training records, courses description and relating electronic files and databases. Together with customers compile training events timetables and schedules. Deliver safety and compliance courses for Company and contractors personnel. Maintain training records. Participate in the development, revision and update of safety and compliance training material. Participate in Operations Procedures standardization process. Communicate with operation areas specialists and managers on Operations Procedures writing, update, standardization as a part of regular standardization cycle and following investigation reports findings. Administer Level 1 Routine Duties Audits. Participate in the analysis of incompliance cases of Operations Procedures application
