Role: RA Technical Admin Support

Shall be educated to degree level preferably in a technical discipline. Minimum 5 years previous experience in administrative role within large preferably multi-national company. Sufficient English language skills to effectively communicate with other mainly English-speaking business units Excellent time-management and organizational skills. Skills Advanced User of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs Familiarity with Sharepoint (Microsoft Project experience a plus)

Job Requirements:

• Fully support and participate in all Injury and Incident Free (IIF) initiatives throughout the RA organization. • Consolidate Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly and Annual report input from Tengiz, CaTRo, Ersai, Farnborough and Atyrau RA teams, ensuring consistency and accuracy of outgoing report to Senior RA management. • Ensure all Onshore RA department Leads timely submit contributions to Annual OEGB RA Health Check • Assist Onshore RA Manager to implement execution strategies as directed by Senior RA Management • Cascade information on RoK legislative changes to all Onshore RA teams • Upload Onshore RA documents and information to Sharepoint • Manage general communications between the following RA teams: o Atyrau Permitting, TPD and Compliance Team o Tengiz RA Construction & Land Teams o RA Systems Completions / Operations Team o RA CaTro (Cargo Transportation Base) Construction & Logistics Support Team o RA Fabrication Team • Maintain the following departmental documents: o Onshore RA Action Tracker o Onshore RA Correspondence Register o Onshore RA Master Document List o Onshore RA Work Schedule / Availability Tracker o Onshore RA Contacts List • Support administrative requirements of Onshore RA HR processes such as recruitment, on-boarding, training, employee evaluation (PMP/Roles & Expectations) and recognition program • Record Meeting Minutes during Onshore inter-departmental coordination and progress reporting meetings • Manage Onshore RA logistics arrangements, including DASH-8 flight / bus / train / accommodation / badge access for Onshore RA, contractors and visitors • Assist Onshore RA team members to request / obtain / exchange PPE; also arranges PPE as necessary for visitors • Order stationary, material, etc. • Submit IT remedy requests • Provide other support and assistance to Onshore RA Manager as requested
