HR Representative – Internal Recruitment
12 Month Contract
Oil and Gas Industry
This role will be responsible for:
Providing recommendations to the people intervention including recruitment, Employee Relations, Rewards, Talent Management
Assisting in the development of the Workforce, Rewards and Talent Management Strategies that are aligned with business objectives.
Contribute in the development of Workforce and Recruitment Strategies and ensures the recruitment is fulfilled in order to meet the organization needs for human resources.
Advice on different employee related aspects.
Development of HR strategic plans and direct the development of operational plans and budgets for the department in line with the approved business plan
Support Operations, MCP and Functions recruitment activities
Review and approve recruitment request
Conduct position briefing with Hiring Managers
Determine sourcing strategy to fill position,
Present offer to candidate
Track progress throughout in Recruitment Management System (Success Factors)
Participate in regular meetings with leadership to understand resourcing requirements
Support University and Diversity recruitment
Implement sourcing strategy initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in internal recruitment within the oil and gas industry with exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. You will have an eye for detail with the ability to follow process.
