KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science & Computer Engineering or equivalent.
 Minimum 8-10 years experience of supporting computer and network hardware and peripherals.
 Knowledge of PCs, networking and Information Security & protective mechanisms required.
 Knowledge of Active directory, MS Exchange 2010, Windows XP and Microsoft Office applications is required.
 Interpersonal and communication skills.
 Decision-making and prioritizing abilities.
 Analytical & Creative Bent of Mind.
 Proficient in English.
