- B.A in Education / Business Administration or relevant discipline.
- 5 years administrative experience in Personnel related to implementation and administration of training plans, policies, and procedures in Oil & gas industry.
- Candidate should have good experience in maintaining TRAINING RECORDS.
- Very good command of English & Arabic Languages, Computer knowledge is essential.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
