(1168) Field-Sales Manager

WTS Energy is currently looking for Field Sales Managers (Power and Gas) to work in Pakistan and Iraq on a permanent basis.

Develop customers & customer relationships in assigned country/ sub-region. He/she shall handle the overall customer relationship and lead the Sales process end-to-end. They are responsible for building the project/ opportunity pipeline, achievement of the assigned business targets in the respective country or sub-region or customer account.

Duties and responsabilities include:
Serve as first and primary contact with customer
Build long-term and high trust relationships with customers, especially with key decision makers
Responsible for all customer communication and coordinate/steer other Siemens personnel
Identify concrete project decision process, stakeholder and evaluation criteria at customer
Engage with customer early in decision process to gain influence on customers’ decision criteria/tenders
Support rolling forecast process with transparency on Customer, Regional, country level
Built up project pipeline and sales funnel; Identify leads and opportunities (e.g. market/industry/customer trends, etc.)
Identify requirement of capture team & aligned service approach / multiple BU / EPC channel approach etc
Influence spec., decision makers / key stakeholders /consultants on project level
Support Customer with technical & commercial data of Siemens offerings, including Indicative offers etc
Support in creating Target price & Project winning strategy
Support in creating Bid/ No-bid documentation
Support in technical & contractual contract review, as appropriate
Support in project handover to execution team
Support to get inside information on concrete project details and status of competitor bidding and strategic information
Desired Candidate Profile

More than five years Sales related experience with a track record of successful performance (new orders).
University degree in engineering or other relevant discipline or other suitable education.
Ability to assess the effect of his/her activities on other people.
Open minded and ease of setting up a network of relationships.
